Pet Friendly Hotel Policy
Pets must be declared during guest reservation
$10 per night, per pet charge
$50 damage deposit, refunded if the room is in order at check out
Maximum 3 pets per room
Dogs limited to 50 pounds
Pets must never be left unattended in the guestroom
A veterinarian certificate stating that the pet is on a flea & parasite program and that they are free of fleas & parasites must be supplied at check in
Pets must be fully trained & appropriately restrained
Pet must be kept on a leash when on hotel property unless it is in the guests room
Pets not allowed in Sunrise Café or Inner Pool Courtyard (does not apply to guide dogs)
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet on hotel property
Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced
Guest must contact housekeeping to arrange for a convenient time to clean their room
Pet owners are responsible for all property damage and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet
Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel, it's owners and it's operator, and employee's from all liability and damage suffered as a result of the guest's pet
The hotel reserves the right to charge guest's account commensurate to the cost of such damages
